How to build a garden, 2012
“To Phytorio” exhibition space, house of the Visual Artists Association. Curated by Elena Parpa.

The exhibition has as starting point the interesting history of the Municipal Garden, as well as that of the space which hosts the exhibition. The latter was built by Neoptolemos Michaelides, who undertook the re-landscaping of the Municipal Garden in 1968, and was to function as a greenhouse for the cultivation of exotic plants. With this in mind, the nine artists are called to deal with the meaning of a “garden”.
